The 45-year-old Chief Operations Officer of Facebook was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 most influential  people. Her net worth is currently valued at $1.3 billion, making this self-made billionaire one of the wealthiest women in North America.
Sandberg also has the brains to match. She holds a bachelor of arts from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. When she’s not busy being Facebook’s COO, she’s also an author. Her first book, Lean In: Women, Work and the Will To Lead, was published in March of 2013, sold over one million copies and stayed on the best seller list well after its launch. The book addresses how leadership roles in technology, business and government lack female representatives, and how women can overcome challenges in the workplace in order to obtain leadership roles.
